You are Stunning to God! - Stephen Nguyen

Each of us uniquely created by God. The way we look, the way we smile, the way we talk. He had a purpose in mind for us even before we came into being. It does not matter what other thinks of you, to God, you are His masterpiece. You are stunning to God just like the message of pastor Stephen Nguyen. You are beautiful. Yes you are.

"You are as beautiful as Tirzah, my darling, as lovely as Jerusalem, as majestic as troops with banners." Song of Solomon 6:4

Hope. Faith. Love

Many things are possible for the person who has hope.

Even more is possible for the person who has faith.

Still more is possible for the person who knows how to love.

But everything is possible for the person who practices all three virtures.

Christmas Love

If I decorate the house with the beautiful bow of wool, flashing lights and bright gorgeous globe, but without showing love to my family, I just decorated the house.

If I cook really hard in the kitchen, baking dozens of Christmas cookies, preparing delicious dishes and arranged the dinner table beautifully, but without showing love to my family, I am just a cook.

If I volunteered to cook at the community, singing hymns in a nursing home and give all the wealth to charity, but I do not show love for my family, it has no benefits at all.

If my Christmas tree decorated with bits of glittering angels, along with pieces of pretty snow, attended countless parties and sing in the festival held in celebration of the church but no heart focus to Jesus Christ, I have lost the most important thing.

Love stops all the cooking and embrace a child.

Love is still accommodating, though tired or being disturbed.

Love not only give gifts to people that can give you back, but happy for those who do not have anything in return.

Love bear all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endure all things.

Love will never perish. The games will be broken, pearl necklaces will be lost, toys will be gone, but given gift of love will be forever.

"And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." 1 Corinthians 13:13

The Principles of a Woman

1. A Woman is God’s idea
2. A woman’s uniqueness is a reflection of God’s purposes and design for her
3. The female was taken out of the male
4. A woman isn’t less than her husband, but for God’s purposes, it is her position to submit
5. A woman cannot fulfill her purpose unless she is in relationship with God
6. The woman was made physically different from the man so that she can bear the offsprings of the race.
7. The woman was made for everything the man has

What She Knows

• She knows that she is to trust God and draw her strength from Him so that she will not be paralyzed by anxiety, her family and others with whom she is in relationship will be able to put their confidence in her.
• She knows that God values her abilities and intelligence, and so she is free to pursue opportunities and make plans.
• She knows that God is her ultimate source and desires to bless her. She has a good attitude and doesn’t complain.
• Since God has blessed her, she desires to be a blessing to others, and she reaches out to those less fortunate than her.
• Because she knows that her worth comes from her position in God, she treats herself with respect.
• She has immersed herself in God’s Word in order to know His ways, and therefore she is able to give godly wisdom and instruction to others.
• Because she has come to know the God of all encouragement, she is an encouragement to her husband, children, friends, and invest herself in their lives.

A woman is unique in her ways.

“Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.” Proverbs 31:10

 

FAITH

What is faith? The Bible tells us that “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see” Hebrews 11:1 NLT

FAITH shows our loyalty to God. Without faith, we easy get discourage or lose hope. Without faith it is impossible to please God. Faith attaches us to God. Faith gives us the power to believe, to hope, to dream and to look forward to.

A couple days ago I had a dream, in my dream I saw a person I’ve been praying for was discouraged because he is worry about this life. Worry about family and so worry and anxiety had put him in a spiritual war. Worry is born of lack of faith and trust in God. Worries are like walls, they built up so fast that we can’t see ourselves in God and can’t see our faith toward Him.

I woke up with faith in the Spirit, I prayed for that person to have a strong faith and trusting in God. What is there to worry about when we trust God? I only met this person once while I was in Vietnam but somehow the Spirit of God had showed me about him and constantly place him in my heart. I prayed that God will bless him abundantly, mercy, peace and love be multiplied to him. Amen.
